His experience allows him to look beyond the immediate problem and consider how irrigation, landscaping, construction, drainage, and other property improvements work together. Whether coordinating a larger project or solving a specific issue, Bryon focuses on practical solutions that make sense for the property and are built for long term performance.

Trevor Seguin brings more than 10 years of professional experience in irrigation, water management, parks, landscapes, and public grounds, including managing the Parks Department for Saratoga Springs. His work has included irrigation systems, parks, sports fields, landscape management, and the day to day demands of maintaining large outdoor spaces.
Trevor’s professional certifications include Qualified Water Efficient Landscaper (QWEL), Certified Irrigation Technician (CIT), Certified Park and Recreation Professional (CPRP), and Certified Playground Safety Inspector (CPSI). His training and field experience give him a strong understanding of efficient irrigation, water management, system troubleshooting, landscape operations, and the needs of larger properties and public spaces.
